Community Clubhouse and Pool
The MUD 19 Board of Directors operates and maintains a Community Clubhouse and Pool for use by the District residents. The property is located at the corner of Drybrook and Augusta Pines Drive (25922 Drybrook). This facility includes the club house (with kitchen facilities); Lap Pool, Splash Pad and is available to all homeowners and residents of NWHC MUD 19.
Clubhouse
The maximum number of people authorized to use the clubhouse at any one time is 40. A rental fee will be charged for use of the clubhouse. Please note that only the clubhouse is available to reserve, we do not allow for reservations of Pine Cove Park.
Pool / Splash Pad
A facility access-card is required to enter the gated pool area. One card per household is distributed to eligible residents AT NO COST. Additional cards or replacement cards are available for $10.00 per card. MUD 19 homeowners and family member who utilize MUD 19 facilities and parks are expected to follow all rules concerning access, safety, and types of usage. Failure to comply with posted rules and requests from staff, OR inappropriate private use of your access-card, will result in an immediate cancellation of your privileges. A POOL ACCESS-CARD form and a copy of the MUD19 Pool Rules are available for downloading. Please note: The MUD 19 pool DOES NOT HAVE A POSTED LIFEGUARD, use of the pool and the splash pad facilities is the responsibility of the individual residents and family members. An adult should always be present if you have children using the pool.

Park Hours: Daylight hours, seven (7) days a week. Dawn to Dusk. No activity is allowed on park grounds outside of park hours. If anyone is seen, authorities will be notified. Basketball courts close at 8pm and no access is allowed past that time out of respect for the surrounding home owners due to noise ordinance.
Amenities of the Pine Cove Park: walking paths, kids splash pad, children’s climbing area and slides, bocce court, ¼ basketball court, picnic tables, pavilion with restrooms, dog park.
