The Board meets on the second Monday of every month at the office of Young & Brooks, located at 10000 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024.

Please note: Law Enforcement – One of the “Other Services” provided by MUD 19 is contract law enforcement coverage for the District. NWHCMUD19 has a contract with Harris County Precinct 4 Constables for one officer on a 70 / 30 basis. This is an “extra” service provided by MUD19 and there is no additional cost to residents. Non-emergency telephone number answered 24 hours per day is 281-376-3472.
